Char Grilled Tuna Supreme served with Pak Choi, toasted pine nuts and sauteed potatoes.

Ingredients
1 x 170 - 200g Tuna Supreme (skinless, boneless)
1 Pak Choi
15g Toasted Pine Nuts
3 New Potatoes - cooked and sliced
Sea Salt & Black Pepper
Olive Oil
Method
Place a char grill pan over a high heat and allow to warm until smoking. Add a little olice oil, then place the Tuna in the pan and cook for 30 seconds. Move the Tuna by 45 degrees and cook for another 30 seconds, then repeat for the other side to give a criss-cross effect
Place the pak choi and toasted pine nuts in to a non-stick pan and warm through with a little olive oil.
Warm another non-stick pan until very hot and add olive oil, then add the new potatoes with plenty of seasoning and cook for 2-3 mins.
To serve the dish, place the pak choi in a neat pile on a large clean plate and lay the Tuna against it with the potatoes to the side
